Uniqueness & Originality

All commissioned artworks are created as unique, one-of-one digital paintings.
Each piece exists as a single, original work and is not reproduced, reissued, or reused in any form.

Usage Rights

Commissioned works are created for personal use only.

This means:

The artwork may be displayed privately (personal websites, private collections, non-commercial social sharing with credit).
The artwork may not be resold, sublicensed, reproduced, or used commercially.
The artwork may not be minted, printed for sale, or redistributed in any form.

All rights not explicitly granted remain with the artist.

Editions & Reproduction

No editions, prints, or reproductions are created from commissioned works unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Each commission remains limited to a single, original instance (1/1).

Files & Process

The final artwork is delivered as a high-quality image representation.

If included, any Rebelle file is provided in a finalized, non-editable state only.
Work-in-progress files, layered process materials, and intermediate stages are not included.

Artistic Autonomy

Commissions are accepted selectively and treated as individual artworks rather than service-based production.

I reserve the right to decline requests that do not align with my artistic direction.

Each piece is developed slowly and treated as a standalone artwork rather than an illustration.
